    3 Tbls.butter,1 (10 1/2oz.) pkg.mini marshmallows,6c.toasted rice cereal.

    Melt butter in lrg pan over low heat.Add marshmallows,stir till mixture is smooth.Remove from heat.Add cereal,mix till well coated.Press into 13x9x2 pan.Cool,cut in squares.
