Recipe Introduction
For spicier chili,add 1/2 teas.more pepper.For much spicier chili,add 1 teas.pepper and 1 Tbls.cayenne.For a real stomach stinger,add 5-6 sliced jalapenos!!!
List of Ingredients
2 lbs.ground beef,1-29oz.can tomato sauce,1-29oz.can kidney beans with liquid,1-29oz.can pinto beans with liquid,1 cup diced onion,1/2 cup diced green chilis,1/4 cup diced celery,3 med.chopped tomatoes,2 teas.cumin,3 Tbls.chili powder,1 1/2 teas.pepper,2 teas.salt,2 cup water.Recipe
Brown burger,drain.In lrg.pot combine beef and all else,simmer,stirring now and then,2-3 hrs.
