2 cup spuds peeled cubed,1 stick butter,2 Tbls.diced green onion,1/4 cup flour,2 cans minced clams with juice,1 teas.salt,16oz.1/2&1/2,1/2 cup whole milk,1/3 cup clam juice,parsley to garnish.Recipe
Cook spuds till tender,drain,set aside.In med,pot,melt butter,add onions,cook till tender.Add flour to butter,whisk.This will thicken.Add 1/2&1/2 stirring.Mix all the rest,simmer on low 15-20 mins.to blend flavors.
