Crab Bisque

List of Ingredients




2 stalks celery thin sliced,1 sm.onion chopped,1/2 gr.bell pepper chopped,3 Tbls.butter,1 can creamed corn,2 cans creamed potato soup(no water),1 1/2 cups milk,1 cup heavy cream,1/2 cup water,1 bay leaf,1/2 teas.garlic powder,1/4 teas.pepper,3-6oz.cans crab meat drained flaked.

In pot saute celery,onion,gr.pepper in butter till tender.Add corn,spud soups,milk,cream,water,stir.Add bay leaf,garlic,pepper.Adjust seasonings to taste.Add crab,heat through,remove leaf,serve.
