    Cream Of Broccoli Soup

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb.fresh broccoli,1 can 13-3/4oz.chicken broth,3/4 cup 1/2+1/2 cream,3/4 cup chopped cooked ham,1/2 teas.salt,1/4 teas.pepper,1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese,croutons.

    Recipe



    Chop broccoli florets,thinly slice stems.Combine broc.and broth in pot.Bring to boil,reduce heat,simmer 10-12 mins.till tender.Put in food processor,pulse to almost pureed.Return to pot,add 1/2-1/2,ham,salt,pepper.Heat thru,stirring.Ladle into bowls,top with cheese and croutons.
