2 cans(24oz.each)chili con carne with beans,1 cup water,1 pkg.corn muffin mix,1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese.Recipe
In lrg.skillet,heat chili and water to boil,stirring occasionally.Prepare muffin mix as directed except decrease milk to 1/2 cup and stir in cheese.Drop by spoonfuls onto boiling chili.Cook uncovered over low heat 10 mins;cover,cook 10 mins.
