1/2 lb.bacon slices,3 lbs.ground beef,2 cups fine chopped onion,1 cup fine chopped celery,2 beef bouillon cubes,2/3 cup boiling water,1 1/2 clove garlic minced,1 1/2 cups catsup,3 Tbls.mustard,1 1/2 teas.salt,1/2 teas.pepper,2 cans(29oz.each)molasses-stye baked beans.Recipe
Oven375*.In dutch oven fry bacon till crisp,set aside.Drain fat from pan.In same pan,cook and stir ground beef,onion,celery,till meat is browned and onion is tender.Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water;stir bouillon and remaining ingred.into meat mixture.Cover;bake 1 1/2 hrs.Crumble bacon over beans.
