    2 pkg.frozen peas,2/3 cup water,salt,3 Tbls.butter,1/3 cup cream or 1/2&1/2,2 Tbles.flour,1 Tbls.sugar.

    In saucepan,combine peas,water,salt,bring to boil,add butter.In sm.bowl whisk cream,flour,sugar.Stir into peas,cook till thickened,about 5 mins.
