    Georgias' Mothers' Butter Beans

    1 16oz.can butter beans,2 lrg.Tbls.finely chopped onion,1/3 cup melted butter,1/4 cup dark brown sugar,1 teas.salt,2 teas.vinegar,2 strips bacon halved.

    Drain beans.Combine all but the bacon,turn into greased 1 qrt.baking dish.Top with bacon,bake 350* uncovered till bacon is done.
