    1/2 cup butter,3/4 cup green pepper chop,1/3 cup onion chopped,1 can creamed corn,1 can whole kernel corn undrained,3 beat eggs,1 box corn muffin mix(jiffy),1 cup shredded cheese.

    Greased casserole.In skillet saute pepper,onion in butter.In bowl,mix corns,eggs,muffin mix.Add onion mixture.Put in casserole,top with cheese.Bake 350* 55-65 mins.
