Recipe Introduction
These are always a hit at my bridge and euchre club.
List of Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs
- Seasoned bread crumbs
- Sauce
- 1 15oz. can of jellied cranberries
- 2 bottles chili sauce
- 2T. lemon juice
- 4T. brown sugar
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, eggs, and bread crumbs. Shape into balls. Brown in skillet.
- After meatballs are done,drain fat off and place in a slow cooker.
- Mix sauce and pour over meatballs. Keep warm in crock pot while serving.
Final Comments
I usually make these a day ahead and put in the fridge to blend the flavors. It takes longer to warm in the crock pot so make allowances.
