    List of Ingredients

    Tools

    Bowl
    Wisk
    Spoon
    Measuring cup
Measuring spoons, 1 Tsp, 1 Tbl

    Ingredients

    1 C Ice water
    1 Tbs Vegetable oil
    1 Egg yolk
    1 C Sifted flour
    1 Tbs Cornstarch
    1 Tsp Baking powder
    1 Tsp Salt

    Recipe

Serves: medium quantity to deep fry
    Time required: Prepare: 2 minutes
    Difficulty: Easy

    Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Measure out the ice water, without the ice.

NOTE: If you want to save this and use it during the day, the batter will thicken up. To do this during the whole day, add some water to the batter to make sure it is the same consistency as the first ones you fry.

    Serve with

Any meat, vegetables, flowers, cheese or anything you would like to deep fry.
