    Creamy Brownie Frosting

    Makes about 1 cup frosting.

    2. Add powdered sugar and milk; beat to spreading consistency.

    Serve with

    Ice cream, topped with fruit.

The best is a plain brownie with no frosting. Take and layer the brownie in a parfet glass, with some mint chocolate chip ice cream, raspberry, then hot chocolate fudge topping. Repeat till you get to the top of the glass.
