    This is a simple and quick dessert that really tastes great.

    Tools

    Measuring cup
    Pot
    Measuring spoons, 1 Tsp, 1 Tbl, 1 1/2 Tbl
    Knife
    Wisk


    Ingredients

    6 Tbl Sugar
    3 Tbl Cornstarch
    1 1/2 Tbl Cocoa powder
    Pinch of Salt
    1 1/4 C Heavy cream
    1 1/4 C Milk
    1 Tsp Vanilla
    6 Oz Semisweet chocolate finely chopped
    1 1/2 Tbl Unsalted butter cut into small pieces


    Recipe

    Serves: 6 or me if I cook it
    Time required: Prepare: 2 minutes Cook: 10 minutes
    Difficulty: Easy


    Directions

    1. In pot wisk together sugar, cornstarch, cocoa, and salt.

    2. In measuring cup wisk cream, milk, and vanilla.

    3. Wisk in 1 C milk mixture till cornstarch is dissolved.

    4. Wisk in remaining milk.

    5. Cook mixture on medium heat till it boils and thickens, around 5 minutes.

    6. Add chocolate and wisk until melted.

    7. Remove from heat, and wisk in butter till melted.

    8. Refrigerate in bowl or serving dishes for about 1 hour.


    Serve with

    Alot of whipped cream.

    Fruit you like.

    Eat it with vanilla wafers instead of a spoon.


    Variations

    *Mix in a swirl pattern another flavor and color of pudding.

    *Crush cookies and mix in.

    *Crush candy bars and mix in.
