    This is one of the dips for their appetizers. This is what you would get in a restaurant.

    Tools

    Food processor
    Bowl
    Stirring spoon
    Knife
    Cutting board
    Measuring cup
    Measuring spoons, 1/2 Tsp, 1 Tsp, 1 Tbl


    Ingredients

    1 Qt Fresh tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped
    1/2 C Extra virgin olive oil
    1 Tbs Anchovy paste
    1 Tbs Fresh basil, finely chopped
    1 Tsp Garlic, finely minced
    1 Tsp Salt
    1/2 Tsp Black pepper


    Recipe



    Serves: Alot
    Time required: Prepare: 5 minutes Refrigerate: 2 hours
    Difficulty: Easy


    Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients together in a food processor well and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.


    Serve with

    Serve this dip with Pizza Strawz, Breaded Ravioli and Breaded Mozzarella Sticks.
