    This is one of the dips that you would get in a restaurant.

    Tools

    Knife
    Cutting board
    Bowl
    Stirring spoon
    Measuring cup
    Measuring spoon, 1 Tbl


    Ingredients

    1/2 C Tamari or Soy sauce
    1-1/2 C Extra virgin olive oil
    1-1/2 C Lemon juice
    2 Tbs Parsley, fresh, (preferably flat leaf) chopped
    1/2 C Chives, fresh, finely chopped
    1/4 C Basil, fresh, chopped

    Serves: Alot
    Time required: Prepare: 5 minutes Refrigerate: 2 hours
    Difficulty: Easy


    Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients together well. Serve now or refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.


    Serve with

    Serve this dip with Chicken Shu-Mai, Crab Rangoon, Pork Wontons, Pot Stickers, Vegetable and Pork Egg Rolls.
