This recipe is a good start to make it what ever you want. You can use this as a dip or thin it out and use it as a dressing.

Measuring cup
Measuring spoon, 1 Tbl
Spatula
Knife
Cutting board
Ingredients
2 C Mayonnaise
1 Tbs Minced garlic
3 Tbs Chopped onion
3 Tbs Chopped green onion
2 Tbs Chopped celery
2 Tbs Chopped pimiento
1 Tbs Tabasco
1 Tbs Lemon juice
1 Tbs Lea & Perrins
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Serves: 2 Cups
Time required: Prepare: 5 minutes
Difficulty: Easy
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until mixed well.
2. Allow to stand 30-60 minutes, covered in the refrigerator before using.
Serve with
Any deep fried appetizer, or vegetable sticks.
Variations
*Thin it down with milk or buttermilk to have as a dressing.
*Use any seasonings, or herbs you like.
