    7 Smoothies from Vita Mix

    Source of Recipe

Submitted by Brandon Johnstun From Vita Mix

    Recipe Introduction

These are simple and quick recipes that in the restaurant have a very high mark up. They use ice to make it have texture and weight, while stretching the ingredients to stay cheap. You will get a better smoothie and nutrition value if you do the whole drink with fruits and ingredients and leave out the ice.
