    Yogurt

    Source of Recipe

Submitted by Brandon Johnstun From Essentials of Home Production and Storage

    Recipe Introduction

Here is a way the kids and everyone can make yogurt. By doing this, you can save about 400 percent. By using your own milk, you can use what ever flavorings you want. You can use berries, puried berries, pie filling, jam, marmalade, chutney, syrup, dessert syrups or anything you like to stir into it. Just set this on the counter the night before, and set it in the refrigerator for that day. Have two sets of yogurt. One that is hardening up in the refrigerator, then the one you eat that day.
