    Mixer
    Spoon
    Measuring cup
    Measuring spoons, 1/2 Tsp, 1 Tsp
    Can opener
    Hot pads
    Cooling rack


    Ingredients

    1 READY CRUST® Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 oz.)
    1 can (15 oz.) Pumpkin
    1 can (14 oz.)Eagle® Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
    (NOT evaporated milk)
    2 Eggs
    1 Tsp Ground cinnamon
    1/4 Tsp Ground ginger
    1/2 Tsp Ground nutmeg
    1/2 Tsp Salt

    Recipe



    Serves: 1 pie, 8 servings
    Time required: Prepare: 15 minutes Cook: 55 minutes
    Oven temperature: 425 degrees
    Difficulty: Easy


    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    2. With mixer, beat pumpkin, Eagle® Brand, eggs, spices,
    and salt.

    3. Pour into Ready Crust®.

    4. Bake 15 minutes.

    5. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees, and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until toothpick inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean.

    6. Cool.

    7. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.


    Serve with

    Anything you like. Whipped cream, ice cream, etc.


    Variations

    *You may want to add some cloves.
