    Source of Recipe

Submitted by Brandon Johnstun From Meals for You

    Recipe Introduction

Everyone has the George Foreman Grilling Machine. Here is a recipe for it. In the restaurant, George's grill is called a Panini Grill. This is what cooks the meat to give it grill marks, then it is cooked on the regular grill or in the oven.

    List of Ingredients

    Tools

    Grilling machine
    Bowl
    Measuring cup
    Tongs

    Ingredients

4 boneless pork loin chops, about 1/4 lb. each
    1/2 C Italian dressing
    1/2 C Chilli sauce
    Salt and Pepper

    Recipe

    Serves: 4 or me
Time required: Prepare: 5 minutes Marinate: 15 minutes Cook: 10 minutes
    Difficulty: Easy

    Directions

    1. Preheat grill machine.

    2. Arrange pork chops in a shallow dish. Pour dressing over top and marinate 15 minutes.

    3. Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade.

    4. Season both sides of pork with salt and pepper to taste.

    5. Transfer pork chops to hot grill. Close cover and cook 4-7 minutes, depending on thickness of chops. (If thinner chops, cook less; if bone-in, cook longer.) Serve with chilli sauce.

    Serve with

Green salad, crusty bread, rice pilaf, fruit for dessert.

Serve over rice, hearty soup, bread, smoothie.

    Variations

*Add some cayenne pepper to the marinade.

*Cook some new potatoes with the same marinade, and grill them the same way.
