    Directions

    1. Cook pasta till it it almost done. It should still hold it's shape and not be mushy. Heat up water in other pot for cooking vegetables at the same time.

    2. Cut up all vegetables and ingredients into bite size or decorative shapes. Tomatoes into flowers, carrots into angled slices, etc.

    3. Cook in boiling water for 3 minutes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, zuchini, yellow squash, and peas. They should be slightly cooked, with some crunch still in them. Just enough to take the edge off. Drain them.

    4. Mix all vegetables, eggs and pasta together in serving bowl.

    5. Grate parmasean cheese fine, and cheddar coarsely.

    6. Pour dressing on pasta till you see it start to puddle on the bottom of the bowl.

    7. Mix in alot of parmesean cheese, and a lot less cheddar.

    8. Put vegetables on top in a decorative manner for show.

    9. Refrigerate for 1 hour till you serve.

    Serve with

A crusty baget, or french bread.

A sandwich, with some cottage cheese, and fruit smoothie.

Grilled meat like a citrus marinated chicken, seafood or pork. Include a crusty bread, and a fruit desert.

    Variations

*If you are going to make this ahead, like a couple of days, coat the noodles with olive oil. Then add all of the vegetables. 1 hour before serving, add the dressing and the cheese.

*Make a pasta salad by cooking noodles, add vegetables, meat, and what ever you have. Then use an italian dressing with parmesean cheese or any other hard cheese.

*Add meat you have left over.
