Kids today really love salsa, and something hot. This is a great meal that is very healthy, and they can make themselves very quickly. Recipe Link: http://www.bumblebee.comList of Ingredients Tools Can opener Stirring spoon Bowl Fork Knife Cutting board Grater Measuring spoons, 1 Tbl toothpicks Ingredients 1 6 oz can Bumble Bee Solid White or Chunk White Tuna 1 Tbl Lemon juice 1 bottled Jalapeno pepper, seeded and ribbed (optional) 6 8-inch Flour tortillas 12 Tbl Shredded lettuce 12 Tbl Salsa 12 Tbl Shredded cheddar cheeseRecipe Serves: 3 with 2 sandwiches each Time required: Prepare: Difficulty: Easy Directions 1. Place drained tuna in a medium bowl, flake into small pieces with a fork. 2. Sprinkle with lemon juice, toss gently. 3. Carefully mince jalapeno pepper, if using; stir into tuna. 4. Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. 5. Arrange 2 tablespoons lettuce down the center of each tortilla. 6. Sprinkle lettuce with 1/6 of tuna mixture, 2 Tablespoons salsa and 2 Tablespoons shredded cheddar. 7. Roll up tortillas; secure with toothpicks, if desired. Serve with Veggie sticks, smoothie and an apple. Variations *Roll it up, then cut it into pieces like sushi. This way the kids and adults can pick each one up and throw it in your mouth.
