this is a good breakfast treat as well as a low fat mid-day snack to get rid of any hunger!
List of Ingredients
- 3/4 of a cup of cereal (bran cereal is better0
- 1 cup of low fat yoghurt made from skimmed milk
- water
- fruit ( any fruit you like)
- cinnamon(if you like or mixed spice)
Instructions
- put cereal in a large mug or bowl and add the chopped fruit
- mix the skimmed milk with some water to increase the volume and thin it out a bit
- pour the yoghurt mixture over the cereal and fruit
- finish it off by sprinkling some cinnamon powder or mixed spice over the top
