Makes 24 servings.
List of Ingredients
- 1 pound ground regular tube sausage
- 1 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated fat-free parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (174 degrees C).
- Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
- Drain sausage and place in a large bowl. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and parmesan. Transfer sausage mixture to a medium baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 25 minutes,or until bubbly and lightly browned.
- Serve with french bread cut into small pieces.
