    3 OZ CREAM CHEESE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
    2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
    1 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
    1 TEASPOON DIJON MUSTARD
    1 TEASPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    ¼ TEASPOON PEPPER
    ¼ CUP MILK

    BEAT CHEESES TOGETHER FOR 2 MINUTES WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER – TO SOFTEN CHEESES.

    ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND CONTINUE BEATING UNTIL MIXTURE IS WELL BLENDED.

    MOUND CHEESE INTO CROCK OR SERVING BOWL. REFRIGERATE AT LEAST ONE HOUR TO ALLOW FLAVORS TO BLEND.

    TO SERVE, LET CHEESE SOFTEN TO ROOM TEMPERATURE.
