2 MEDIUM TOMATOES
12-14 MEDIUM TO LARGE CLOVES GARLIC, PEELED
1/4 ONION
3 RIPE AVOCADOS, PEELED AND SEEDED
1 teaspoon SALT
1 Tablespoon LIME JUICE
¼ teaspoon TABASCO
1 Tablespoon WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCERecipe
BRING TOMATOES TO A BOIL JUST UNTIL THE SKIN STARTS TO PEEL OFF.
CHOP GARLIC AND ONION IN CUISINART.
ADD PEELED AVOCADOS TO CUISINART ALONG WITH NEXT THREE INGREDIENTS.
WHEN TOMATOES HAVE BOILED, PEEL THEM AND ADD TO CUISINART.
BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. COVER AND CHILL.
SERVE WITH TORTILLA OR CORN CHIPS. LIME CHIPS ARE BEST.
