    8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
    1 TABLESPOON MAYONNAISE
    1 TABLESPOON GRATED ONION
    1 TEASPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    2 CLOVES GARLIC, PRESSED
    1 (3-4 OZ) CAN SMOKED OYSTERS, DRAINED AND CHOPPED
    3-4 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED FRESH CHIVES

    MIX FIRST 5 INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. SPREAD ONTO A PIECE OF ALUMINUM FOIL, FORMING A SQUARE OF ABOUT 6” AND HALF AN INCH THICK. CHILL UNTIL FIRM (2 TO 3 HOURS).


    SPREAD THE OYSTERS OVER THE CHEESE AND ROLL UP JELLY ROLL FASHION. CHILL FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.


    ROLL IN CHOPPED CHIVES TO COAT THE ROLL. CUT INTO SLICES AND SERVE WITH CRACKERS OR TOAST POINTS.



    MAKES 4 TO 6 SERVINGS
