4 OZ SMOKED SALMON, FINELY CHOPPED
1/4 CUP MAYONNAISE
1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED DILL (FRESH)
2 TEASPOONS PREPARED MUSTARD
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
DASH PEPPER
BLACK OLIVES, DRAINED
PIMENTO, DRAINED

HALVE EGGS LENGTHWISE. REMOVE YOLKS TO A SMALL BOWL.
MASH YOLKS WITH A FORM. ADD SALMON, MAYONNAISE, DILL, MUSTARD, SALT AND PEPPER. MIX WELL.
FILL EACH WHITE WITH YOLK MIXTURE, MOUNDING IT HIGH. GARNISH WITH CRESCENT-SHAPED PIECE OF OLIVE AND BITS OF PIMENTO.
REFRIGERATE, COVERED, AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE SERVING.
