List of Ingredients

12 oz beer at room temperature (not flat--don't open bottle or can until you're ready to use it)
3 cups SELF-RISING flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 beaten eggs


Recipe

combine flour and sugar in a large bowl, mix in the beaten eggs and the beer. Stir well, pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
