3 Cups all purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ Cup sugar
Dash of salt
¾ Cup margarine or butter
1 Cup of raisins
1 Egg
Milk
Recipe
Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in large bowl. Blend margarine or butter into the mixture. Add raisins. Beat 1 egg; then add enough milk to make a cup. Pour into mixture. Mix and roll out to about 1/2". Cut in triangles.
Bake at 350° F for 15-20 minutes.
