    makes 14 mini pies

    List of Ingredients




    PIE MIX:
    ½ Cup graham cracker crumbs
    1 Tablespoon butter
    1 Container Rich's On Top (or similar Whip topping)
    7 teaspoons chocolate chips
    7 teaspoons chopped walnuts

    Recipe



    Line small muffin pan with small paper muffin cups.

    Melt butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs.

    Place 1 teaspoon graham cracker crumbs in bottom of cup.

    Top with one ounce of caramel. (See below.)

    Cover and place in freezer. Before serving, top with a swirl of Rich's On Top topping and sprinkle ½ teaspoon of both chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Place mini-pies on a platter and serve.

    CARAMEL MIX

    Ingredients

    1 14-ounce Can Eagle Brand (or similar high quality) sweetened condensed milk (do not use evaporated milk)

    Directions

    Pour 1 can Eagle Brand into 9-inch pie plate.

    Cover with aluminum foil; place in larger shallow pan. Fill larger pan with hot water.

    Bake at 425° for 1 hour or until thick and caramel colored. Beat until smooth.

    Note: For safety reasons, do not heat the unopened can (an old- fashioned cooking method).
