    List of Ingredients




    1 pie crust baked in 425° oven for 10-12 minutes

    1 cup sour cream
    ½ cup sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    zest of 1 orange

    Recipe



    After baking the crust for 10-12 minutes, turn down the over to 325°. Pour filling into the crust. Return pie to oven, and bake at 325° 20 minutes-½ hour or until the custard is set. Cool completely, Chill and serve.
