    2 Tablespoons butter
    2 Tablespoons Crisco
    2 Tablespoons warm water
    ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
    2 cups sifted confectioner's sugar (approximately)

    Recipe



    Melt the butter and the Crisco together. Blend in warm water and peppermint extract. Beat until creamy. Add the confectioner's sugar a little at a time, until the mixture is stiff enough so that a roll can be shaped.

    Roll and wrap in plastic wrap and chill.

    Slice to serve.
