CINNAMON APPLE CHEESE PIE

1 sleeve Honey Maid Cinnamon Graham Crackers (9 crackers) crushed
1 stick butter, melted
3 large apples, peeled, cored & sliced
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese (softened)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 beaten eggs
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375° F
For crust: combine melted butter with the crushed Graham cracker crumbs. Push with fingers, to cover the bottom and sides of a 9” glass pie plate. Set Aside.
Combine the sliced apples, with the ½ teaspoon cinnamon and ¼ cup Splenda Brown Sugar blend. Pour over the crust.
Mix the softened cream cheese with ½ teaspoon cinnamon and ¼ cup Splenda Brown Sugar blend. Add vanilla and the beaten eggs. Mix well.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the apples. With a knife, gently move the apples around so that SOME of the cream cheese mixture gets down into the apples (but the apples should remain covered with the cream cheese mixture, so you don’t want to scrape it all off). Bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese mixture is set. Remove from oven, cool, chill and serve.
