3 egg whites
½ teaspoon cream of tartar
2 teaspoons sugar substitute
¼ teaspoon almond extract
3 cups Rice Krispies
¼ cup shredded coconut
Recipe
Beat egg whites until foamy, add cream of tartar and continue beating until stiff, but not dry. Add sugar substitute and almond extract. Beat until blended. Fold in the Rice Krispies and coconut and drop by teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
