1 Tablespoon maple syrup
1 Tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
2 (6 oz) salmon filets
Recipe
Preheat your oven's broiler. Combine syrup, hoisin sauce, mustard and pepper, whisking together, in a small bowl.
Spray broiler pan with cooking spray. Put salmon, skin side down, on broiler pan. Brush with the glaze mixture. Broil for 5 minutes. Reapply glaze. Broil 5 minutes more, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, reapplying glaze as necessary.
