    List of Ingredients




    4 fresh salmon fillet
    2 slices of bread (made into breadcrumbs)
    handful of chives (according to taste)
    100g of low fat soft cheese (Philadelphia or similar)
    1 clove garlic (chopped finely)
    1 Tablespoon mixed herbs (approx) [fresh or dried]

    Recipe



    1) Pre heat oven to 180 C
    2) Put salmon fillets on a lightly oiled baking tray
    3) Mix the herbs (not chives) and garlic into the cheese spread making it a softer consistency
    4) Divide the cheese mixture between the 4 fillet and spread across each fillet thickly
    5) Mix the chives with the breadcrumbs and again divide into four equal amounts, before sprinkling thickly onto the cheese mixture on the fish.
    6) Press the breadcrumbs into the cheese mixture
    7) Bake for about 25 minutes until cooked thoroughly
