    LITTLE HAM AND POTATO PASTIES

    List of Ingredients




    1 (500gram) (1.10 lbs) pack of ready-made shortcrust pastry
    3 or 4 small potatoes (cut into small cubes)
    1 bunch spring onions (sliced)
    1 small tin of sweetcorn
    100 gram (3½ oz)lean good quality ham (cubed)
    3 Tablespoons creme fraiche
    salt and pepper
    little milk for brushing

    Recipe



    1) Preheat oven to 200° C/400° F/ Gas 6
    2) Roll out pastry on floured board and cut into 16 circles using a saucer
    3) Cooked potatoes for five minutes and drain
    4) Mix together all the other ingredients in bowl
    5) Place a tablespoon in middle of each circle of pastry
    6) Wet edges of pastry and seal
    7) Brush top with little milk
    8) Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden
