    1 CUP SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS
    1 CUP PECAN PIECES, CHOPPED FINE
    6 (¾" THICK) PORK LOIN CHOPS
    ¾ CUP ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
    2 LARGE EGGS, LIGHTLY BEATEN
    ¼ CUP MILK
    3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER


    Recipe



    COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS AND PECAN PIECES AND

    PLACE IN A SHALLOW DISH.


    DREDGE PORK CHOPS IN FLOUR. SHAKE OFF ANY EXCESS.


    COMBINE EGGS AND MILK IN A SHALLOW BOWL. DIP CHOPS IN EGG MIXTURE AND THEN IN PECAN MIXTURE, COATING ALL SIDES AND SHAKING OFF ANY EXCESS.


    MELT BUTTER IN A LARGE, NON-STICK SKILLET OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT. ADD CHOPS. COOK 2 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL BROWNED. REMOVE TO A BAKING SHEET.


    BAKE AT 350F FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES.


    SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
