LDYOLAKE'S CHEESEBURGER MACARONI

List of Ingredients
16 ounces pasta cooked according to directions on package
2 cups cheese of your choice, I often use extra sharp cheddar, garlic cheddar and mozarella, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
3 Tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
1 lb. ground beef
Worchestershire sauce to taste
Recipe
In a 2 quart saucepan melt butter/margarine. Add flour. When the flour and butter/margarine are thoroughly mixed together add milk, and stir constantly until thickened. Add the cheese and stir until melted.
In a frying pan brown the beef, onion, and Worchestershire sauce. Once browned drain.
In a large bowl mix the pasta, beef mixture, and cheese sauce together. Serve warm.
Note from Ldyolake: This tastes better than Hamburger Helper and makes more. It's also good the next day if you happen to be lucky enough to have leftovers.
