    POTATO CHIP CHICKEN

    Source of Recipe

    My files

    List of Ingredients

    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bag potato chips, crushed (size of bag depends on how much coating you prefer)
    1 stick butter
    ½ teaspoon pepper
    ½ teaspoon garlic salt
    ½ teaspoon onion salt
    ½ teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a baking dish. Melt butter and add all ingredients EXCEPT the chicken and the potato chips. Dip the chicken in the butter, and then roll in the crushed chips. Place chicken in prepared pan, and bake for 45 minutes, or until tender and the juices run clear.

Note: You can substitute your favorite chips (Doritos, Fritos, etc.) for the potato chips, and adjust the seasonings to taste. I frequently substitute garlic POWDER and onion POWDER for the SALTS in this recipe (cutting back on the amount by about half, so it isn't overpowering), because you get enough salt from the chips. If people like it "saltier", then they can always add it at the table!
