3 Tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
1 medium onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 green pepper chopped, seeded
1 cup (250 ml) long grain rice
2 cups (500 ml) chicken broth
1 teaspoon (5 ml) Italian seasoning
Recipe
Chop onion. Sauté garlic, onion and green pepper in oil until transparent. Add rice and brown until lightly browned. Mix the rest of the ingredients and add to pan. Cover and cook 20-25 minutes.
