    List of Ingredients




    1 pound shrimp
    1 large clove garlic
    3 or 4 celery tops
    2 celery ribs, finely chopped
    1 hard cooked egg, finely chopped
    1 sweet pickle, finely chopped or 1 teaspoon cpaers
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Boil shrimp in salty water, wasonsed with the garlic and celery tops. Let water boil before adding shrimp. Boil shrimp for approximately 15 minutes. Peel ad devein shrimp. Cut each shrimp into 2 or 3 pieces. Add celery, egg, picked or capers, and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly and add salt and red pepper to taste. Serve on lettuce leaves or stuffed into avocado halves or scraped out tomatoes. Serves 4 to 6.
