HONEY MINT CHOCOLATE SAUCE

1/4 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup honey
3/4 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup packed, chopped fresh mint leaves
Recipe
Pour cream and honey into a 2-cup measuring cup. Microwave on high power until mixture boils, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Add chocolate, and stir until smooth. Stir in mint. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at least 30 minutes or until the mixture is room temperature.
Pour through a fine wire mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing hard on mint to extract as much sauce as possible. Serve warm, room temperature, or chilled. Makes 1/2 cup.
