¼ cup brown sugar
1½ Tablespoons cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh apple cider
¼ cup raisins
8 whole cloves
1 (2-inch) cinnamon stick
1 Tablespoon butter
Recipe
Combine brown sugar, cornstarch & salt. Add to 1 cider and stir in raisins, cloves and cinnamon stick. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove the spices and stir in butter. Serve over baked ham.
