BRUSSEL SPROUTS IN MUSHROOM SAUCE

1 lb brussel sprouts
1 can mushroom soup
� cup skim evaporated milk
1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Parboil brussel sprouts for 10 minutes. Mix soup and milk and heat. Add the brussel sprouts and simmer until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
Notes: Can substitute broccoli, cauliflower or a mixture of the two, for brussel sprouts!
