    1 lb. Asparagus
    2 Tablespoons (30 ml) Butter
    2 Tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
    2 Tablespoons (30 ml) sesame seeds

    Recipe



    Over medium heat, melt the butter and olive oil together. Add Sesame seeds and sauté, just until the sesame seeds start to brown, careful not to burn the butter.

    Add the Asparagus, and sauté until they turn bright green (a couple of minutes). Cover the pan, and let them cook 4-5 minutes. Serve immediately.
