1 lb. Asparagus
2 Tablespoons (30 ml) Butter
2 Tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
2 Tablespoons (30 ml) sesame seeds
Recipe
Over medium heat, melt the butter and olive oil together. Add Sesame seeds and saut�, just until the sesame seeds start to brown, careful not to burn the butter.
Add the Asparagus, and saut� until they turn bright green (a couple of minutes). Cover the pan, and let them cook 4-5 minutes. Serve immediately.
