    List of Ingredients




    4 cups sweet potato, boiled and mashed (without skins)
    1/2 cup sugar (optional)
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    4 Tablespoon butter, melted
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs

    TOPPING:

    1 cup light brown sugar packed (not loose)
    1/2 cup flour
    4 Tablespoon butter, melted
    1 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Mix the potato ingredients together thoroughly..



    Mix the topping ingredients together thoroughly.



    Butter a baking pan and fill with the sweet potato mix, then spread the topping evenly on top.



    Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1/2 hour until the topping is nice and crisp and enjoy.



    Makes 8 to 10 servings
