10 oz brocclli florets
1 med avocado
1 tomato
1/2 sm sweet onion
1 jalapeno
cilantro
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1 lime
Recipe
Steam the brocolli until dark and plunge in cold water. In a food processor place the cold brocolli, avocado, salt, juice from the lime, cilantro, and blend until smooth. Dice the other vegetables small and fold into the creamed mix.
